1General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player") and pq111 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pq111 website located at pq111.io and all related services offered therein.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the pq111 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by every provision of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform and close your account.

pq111 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 2Eligibility

To register and use pq111, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on pq111. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly forbidden. pq111 employs detection mechanisms to identify multi-accounting and reserves the right to close any or all accounts involved, withhold funds, and void any associated winnings.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. pq111 shall not be held liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify pq111 support immediately at [email protected].

pq111 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, particularly where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, policy violation, or where legal or compliance obligations require such action.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pq111 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). We currently support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service
• Nagad — Digital financial service operated by Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
• Upay — UCB's digital payment service

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. Deposits are typically credited to your pq111 account within minutes of a confirmed transaction. Withdrawal processing times may vary but pq111 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. pq111 may request copies of your national ID card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure designed to protect players and prevent financial fraud.

pq111 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are advised to check the fee schedule of your chosen payment method. pq111 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Funds deposited into your pq111 account may not be transferred to other users. Deposits made in error may be reversed at pq111's discretion subject to investigation. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider without first contacting pq111 support will be treated as a breach of these terms.

5Bonuses & Promotions

pq111 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering (rollover) requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings.

General bonus principles that apply unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
• pq111 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or placing bets designed to artificially meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money balances are used first unless specified otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion have a fixed monetary value per spin as stated in the respective offer.

pq111 is not responsible for any technical errors that may result in the incorrect crediting of bonus amounts. Such errors will be corrected as soon as they are identified and the correct amount applied.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on pq111 are final once confirmed. A bet is considered confirmed when you receive an on-screen acknowledgment and/or a transaction reference number. pq111 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings resulting from system errors that prevent a bet from being placed at your intended time.

pq111 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed:

• As a result of a manifest pricing or odds error on our part.
• After the event or market had already concluded, regardless of whether the platform displayed it as open.
• In breach of these Terms & Conditions or the specific rules of the relevant game or sport market.
• Through any form of automated software, bot, or script.

For sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, and kabaddi, pq111 applies market-specific rules regarding in-play validity, abandonment, and postponement. These rules are available within the relevant sports betting section of the platform.

For casino games, slots, crash games (including Aviator), and fishing games (including Star Fishing), each game operates under its own certified Return to Player (RTP) percentage as determined by the respective game provider. Game results are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software and are independently audited for fairness.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pq111 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using false, borrowed, or third-party identity documents.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using pq111 to pass illegally obtained funds through the platform.

• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider.
• Using another player's account, sharing accounts, or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward pq111 staff or other players.

pq111 employs industry-standard fraud detection and transaction monitoring systems. Players found to be engaged in prohibited activities will have their accounts permanently closed, balances forfeited, and may be subject to civil or criminal legal proceedings depending on the severity of the violation.

8Privacy & Data

pq111's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the net amount you deposited into your pq111 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement limits pq111's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

11Amendments to These Terms

pq111 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of the document.
